Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 May 2025 — Last updated: 28 May 2026
1. Service description
FlowSentinel provides workflow assurance monitoring for automation operators, agencies, and SaaS teams. The service reads from provider APIs (Make, n8n, Zapier, and others) using read-only credentials you supply. FlowSentinel does not modify, replay, retry, or alter automations in any connected provider. Native provider tooling remains the place to change, replay, or delete workflows.
FlowSentinel surfaces verification checks, coverage gaps, and evidence-backed recovery claims. It does not guarantee uninterrupted service or claim autonomous remediation capabilities.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful workflow monitoring purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Violating the API terms of service of any connected provider (Make, n8n, Zapier, or others)
- Automated scraping of the FlowSentinel platform or its APIs beyond normal product usage
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the FlowSentinel service without prior written permission
- Introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with service availability
- Using the service for any purpose that violates applicable law
3. Billing
FlowSentinel offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Workspace owners and admins can manage plan changes, payment methods, and cancellations through the billing portal accessible from workspace settings.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued unless required by law. If a payment fails, access may be downgraded to the free tier after a grace period.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FlowSentinel does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every workflow failure will be detected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSentinel’s total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
FlowSentinel shall not be liable for any missed workflow failures, indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
